This Privacy Policy governs the data products (the "Data") provided by dammastock, L.L.C. ("Provider") via the Snowflake Marketplace. This policy outlines how we handle information and the standards we maintain for the data we sell.
2. Data Sourcing and Compliance
We are committed to the ethical and legal sourcing of data. We represent and warrant that the Data provided:
- Anonymization: Has been aggregated or de-identified such that it does not constitute "Personal Information" under CCPA/CPRA or "Personal Data" under GDPR, or;
- Lawful Basis: Has been collected under a valid legal basis with all necessary consents and permissions for commercial redistribution.
- Prohibited Content: Does not contain "Protected Health Information" (PHI) as defined by HIPAA or sensitive financial identifiers, unless explicitly stated in the listing documentation.
3. Data Access and Collection Limits
The Snowflake Marketplace architecture ensures a "privacy-by-design" relationship.
- No Access to Consumer Environment: Provider has no access to your Snowflake account, your underlying data, or the queries you run against our Data.
- No PII Collection: We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details from Consumers. All billing and identity management are handled exclusively by Snowflake Inc.
- Aggregated Metrics: We may receive high-level usage telemetry from Snowflake (e.g., number of active consumers, total queries) to improve our data offerings.
4. Data Security and Integrity
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the Data is accurate, secure, and free from malicious code. However, the Data is provided on an "As-Is" basis, and we do not guarantee that the Data will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Consumer Obligations
By subscribing to our Data, the Consumer agrees to:
- No Re-Identification: Refrain from any attempt to re-identify individuals or households from the Data.
- Lawful Use: Use the Data only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international regulations.
- Attribution: Adhere to any attribution requirements specified in the individual listing.
6. Third-Party Data Processing
Snowflake Inc. acts as an independent service provider. Consumers are encouraged to review the Snowflake Privacy Notice to understand how Snowflake manages Marketplace transaction data and metadata.
7. Updates to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect changes in our data practices or legal obligations. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when the last changes were made.
